Six Ducklings Rescued After Being Stuck In Storm Drain Near Compo Point

Westport firefighters were busy Saturday saving six ducklings from a storm drain.

The department received a call about the ducklings and headed to Compo Road South to rescue the little guys.

Westport Animal Control also responded to the scene.

Working together, the two agencies managed to rescue all six ducklings.  A mother was not spotted in the area.
